The waybill is a carbon paper address and delivery document. This form must have the Senders/Receivers address and contact details, as well as the address and contact details. Please remember to insert your cellphone number so that we can send you SMS updates on delivery. The waybill has your unique waybill number printed below the barcode. Your waybill number is the primary reference used to track your Parcel.
Clients are responsible for all their packages in such a way that it is protected against damage that may occur with normal handling procedures. You are welcome to purchase our plastic sleeves that will give it extra protection from our store.
Our services at the moment only cater for deliveries in and around Greater Gauteng and surrounding Provinces. International and Local/National Deliveries are two separate service offerings, and the packs are not interchangeable. Due to the services that we offer and the extra expenses that will occur to our clients, your parcel will be delivered to a door or a person at delivery location, and will require a signature from the receiver making it more convenient.
Lukhaya Logistics doesn’t operate like normal mail, so your items and valuables are never left unattended and will be delivered by hand to the receiver. Our Courier driver will also require a signature from the receiver before handing over the parcel.
We offer a range of quality Lukhaya Logistics branded packaging items. All Envelopes and small boxes are charged at a fee depending on specific sizes unless client has a bulk order to deliver. Larger boxes and tubes can be arranged or ordered from Lukhaya Logistics Online Store.
Special delivery can be arranged when needed. An immediate delivery out of our general route, this will apply to deliveries on a normal working day or a holiday that involves a specific vehicles or more than one courier our Security escort. For further -assistance, please contact us to arrange all the necessary deliveries.

Delivery pieces exceeding 70kg, a fixed surcharge is applied to every piece, including a pallet that exceeds a scale or volumetric weight of 70kg as to that will required a suitable vehicle for transportation.
When items are non-stackable, there will be a fixed surcharge applied to every pallet within a delivery that cannot be stacked, either on request by the shipper, or because of its shape, content or packaging material.
